You may cancel tickets and request a refund by emailing us a minimum of 6 weeks prior to the event. Thereafter tickets cannot be refunded. However, if for any reason, the event has to be postponed all tickets will be refunded or transferred to the rearranged date.

The 22nd annual ESTAS Awards are back for 2025! The Awards will be held once again at the Grosvenor House Hotel in the heart of London's Mayfair.

The ESTAS Awards are the most famous and prestigious in the UK property sector.

1,200 of the UK’s top agents, conveyancers, mortgage brokers and suppliers will gather under one roof to celebrate and network for 10 hours. The winners will be announced by the UK’s favourite TV property expert Phil Spencer.

PLEASE NOTE: Only suppliers who subscribe to the ESTAS review platform or sponsor the awards may buy tickets.

Please note that The ESTAS Group operates a ‘zero-tolerance’ policy towards aggressive, abusive or disruptive behaviour. This means that no abuse of either the ESTAS or hotel staff is acceptable, whether verbal or physical. Any guests behaving in this manner will be removed from the venue with immediate effect.
