We are delighted to announce that our Best In Postcode Awards will be revealed at a new, virtual event on Friday 26th April, presented by TV property expert Phil Spencer.
Unlike previous years, where those who have succeeded in making the shortlist for the ESTAS Awards categories are announced, this year the virtual event will focus on the winners of the Best In Postcode awards. All Best In Postcode Winners confirmed on 26th April, will automatically make the ESTAS shortlist for the following categories:
The winners of these categories will be announced at the glittering ESTAS Awards Ceremony that will take place in London on Friday 18th October.
Simon Brown, CEO and Founder of The ESTAS Awards explains the new decision to announce the Best in Postcode Winners six months before the main annual ceremony, “We’re aware that agents seek every competitive advantage possible, so by announcing the winners of the Best In Postcode Awards in April, this provides recipients with a powerful tool to showcase their excellence much earlier in the year. We want to enable our winners to boost their local marketing campaigns and generate more listings from late Spring onwards, rather than waiting until the ‘traditional awards season’ towards the end of the year.”
Simon continues, “While the announcement of the Best In Postcode winners will be virtual, the winners will also be formally recognised at the physical awards ceremony in October, where they can celebrate their success at the biggest awards event in the property sector calendar, as well as finding out if they’ve won any of the other categories for which, as a Best in Postcode Winners, they are then automatically shortlisted.”
Simon adds, “All Best In Postcode winners will receive a marketing pack which will include a set of ‘Best In Postcode Winner’ window stickers, as well as a digital marketing pack containing ‘Best In Postcode Winner’ branding which can be used across social media, email footers, websites and applied to any printed materials as well. As ever with the ESTAS Awards, we never charge for a licence to use a winner’s badge and there is no limit on the length of time that the winner’s badges can be displayed for by ESTAS subscribers.”
Simon Brown concludes, “It’s the ESTAS 21st birthday this year, so this is just the first of many ways we’re celebrating our ‘coming of age’, with more significant announcements to follow in the coming weeks and months.”
