Postcode Winners

We were delighted to hold our first ESTAS Postcode Awards last Friday as part of our commitment to recognising service standards from agents, mortgage brokers and conveyancers across the UK. The awards were streamed on YouTube and watched by 1,500 ESTAS clients eager to see if they had won.

The awards were presented by ESTAS ambassador and host Phil Spencer. Phil said “At the ESTAS we’ve always been aware of the integral position your businesses hold in your local communities and last year we introduced our Best in Postcode category to reflect that importance. The response from our ESTAS community has been exceptionally positive as this category provides winning firms with huge marketing benefits in their key local markets. However you told us last year that these awards would be even more valuable if the winners could be announced earlier in the calendar year so this year we’re doing just that with this – our first ESTAS Postcode Awards.”

The awards which were sponsored for the first time by Reapit & PayProp, are designed to give every agent, conveyancer and mortgage broker winner the perfect platform to promote their ‘award winning service’ through the spring and summer. Every Postcode winner receives a free marketing pack to promote their win across all of their online, social media and printed marketing activities. Winners of each Postcode Category are automatically be shortlisted for the county, regional or national awards which will be announced at the prestigious ESTAS Awards on 18th October in London.

Every agent, conveyancer and broker that subscribes to the ESTAS customer review platform is automatically eligible for the Best in Postcode Awards as well as the live annual ESTAS awards event which takes place every October. ESTAS Reviews can only be completed at the end of the property transaction and a strict verification process ensures that all reviews submitted are genuine, providing consumers with valuable insights. The reviews can also be converted to Google. The ESTAS Reviews solution also provides specialist consumer and customer insights and data to property professionals to enhance their reputations and generate new business.

After announcing the winners in regions around the whole of the UK Phil said “As an ESTAS Best in Postcode Winner you’ve now got a fantastic opportunity to shout from the roof tops about the incredible customer experience you are delivering to your clients, you’re an ESTAS Award Winner in 2024 and trust me that’s no mean feat! We sincerely hope that this accolade can help you through the spring and summer market and we can’t wait to see you all in October to celebrate your success and see who has won one those coveted county, regional and national ESTAS Awards.”

Firms will discover if they are county, regional and national ESTAS winners at the famous awards ceremony on 18th October in London in front of 1,000 of the UK’s top property professionals. The event also features the now legendary Official ESTAS After Party held in the spectacular Ballroom at the Grosvenor House Hotel. The event is unique as agents, conveyancers, mortgage brokers and suppliers can celebrate and network under one roof.
