Adrian provided a helpful and professional service, albeit he was friendly, and personally tailored to our home and our specific needs. He took great photos, always responded to calls extremely promptly and found us some good viewings. (We have in the past suspected some agents of sending "plants" to viewings to create an impression of interest).
Adrian was patient and waited for the right buyer who requested a second viewing. Adrian then negotiated skilfully to find an agreed price for both buyer and seller.
