Graham Butt produced superb property particulars and it was ONLY the perseverance of Jack Lydon that resulted in the sale proceeding. One of the chain aborted and had to be replaced (by Graham Butt) within a limited timescale. I found Jack Lydon to be professional, friendly, helpful and kept us fully informed of the hiccups in this transaction. Without his perseverance, the sale would have fallen through!

Our landlord decided to evict us early over Christmas to sell. However, Graham Butt guided us through this stressful time and found us a new flat quickly. Cannot fault them in the slightest. Thank you all.

I had a very bad experience with our landlord. The flat itself had not been cared for and through Winter it had a lot of black mould due to every window being blown, old storage heaters and a bathroom fan that didn't work. The landlord decided to evict us early via a section 21 notice to sell his flat two days after raising our concerns over the mould.
However, I cannot fault Graham Butt, or in particular, Sam Barnes at all. She was extremely empathetic whilst being entirely professional. She helped my wife and I find a new flat before the surprise eviction and guided us through the process with care, even requesting a damp report before our eviction to give us more breathing room over Christmas. Although this may have been professionally the right call, it felt nothing short of an act of kindness.
She responded to every email and query I had quickly and I truly cannot fault her at all. In a time of a lot of stress, it was lessened greatly because of her. Graham Butt has a good reputation and with staff like this, you can see why.
