Butt estates were great. Especially as I am an anxious person, a worrier, I get overwhelmed very easily. I loved that you can communicate via WhatsApp so all my queries were answered really quickly and they kept me updated throughout the whole process. Everyone was really friendly and efficient, but a special thank you to Tia for always taking the time to calm me down when I felt stressed and uncertain.
