Communication has been a big problem. I started with Will who was great. He got moved and then I had Luke. Luke was pushy with the first set of buyers reducing price. He then left and no one told me. Then I was told stevie was looking after us. She left yet again not told then had Alisha for a couple of weeks. My sale fell through. I feel that it was a lack of support and communication with our buyers on estate agent part. I then had Joshua who was very good and supportive to get another buyer. Then I was told Nyah was looking after this new sale. Nyah is very hard to get hold of and rarely spoke with her only by email.
I have done all the communication with my buyers and viewings. I feel the fee is not justified it has been 1 year three months since putting my house in. I have been really disappointed with the service. Joshua was the only really proactive person. I would not recommend Webbers. Tracey Hearse (seller)
