After our initial enquiries and deliberating whether we were to sell or not we finally bit the bullet to go ahead with the sale if my dad's house via the auction method. Sue and Kate were really informative and really helpful with all the queries we had.The rest of the sale was dealt with by the auctioner and went smoothly to complete on time.
