Houseclub are an outstanding, extremely efficient estate agent. They kept us informed at every stage of our purchase and returned phone calls and emails very promptly. They chased up information we needed, including doing so out of the usual opening hours, and made the buying of our new home a very smooth process. They also have a very professional and friendly manner in which they work, which unfortunately has not always been evident with other estate agents we have used previously and of whom could learn a lot from how Houseclub work and treat all involved in the house buying process.
