In the beginning I was floundered, looking for a place to live after a personal circumstance. A lady by the name of Mared Jones was just absolutely brilliant, Mared was very kind, caring and professional. she took the time to talk and answer my endless questions over the phone. Having never done this before I was full of uncertainty, which she made clear to me that there was nothing to worry about and in turn made me feel safe in going ahead with the flat.
I was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Cai Maxwell during the viewing of my potential flat at the time. Cai made me feel very comfortable despite being anxious and worried as a first time tenant... along side personal circumstances which played a big part in my experience that day. I now have the keys to this flat and in the process of moving in. I am extremely grateful for these two individuals for being so understanding and human with me in a situation for some, Would be a breeze to deal with. Thank you very much.
