As a buyer through this agent I was warmed by their friendly welcoming communications and efforts on my behalf to relay communications from me to the seller and also to convey the seller’s answers. I think that the seller may not have been easy to get hold of at times and not always clear in their answers.
The two Property Centre employees Allison and Alicia had a lovely manner with me and inspired my confidence in them. Alicia managed the initial stages of the buying process and Allison the final stages. Both did an excellent job. I was very interested through my experience with the Property Centre to tune into the many different qualities needed in their roles. Property buying and selling is a stressful process. I am aware that the agents have to field the sometimes conflicting interests of the seller and the buyer! Both Alicia and Allison were skillful in this and demonstrated sympathetic understanding towards me and the seller.
