They are always very professional, honest and they work hard to accommodate my clients if at all possible. Under the current housing crisis it is lovely to know there is one agency that will listen to our needs without judgement and always go above and beyond to try to find an outcome that suits their Landlords and the client. They have helped to place clients that arrived under the Homes For Ukraine scheme, and people facing homelessness and in temporary accommodation. Many working people also have to receive Housing Benefits these days and some agencies will not even consider this,but I find the rental team run by Harriet at Taylor & Co are always fair in their approach. It really is a valuable service that they offer and I am very grateful for it.
