I know there’s a stereotype where Estate Agents are concerned but I really didn’t find this to be the case at all. On the contrary I feel like I had a really great service where my sales negotiator went above and beyond at a time that was crucial to the sale, playing a key role in resolving a tricky situation very positively, with warmth, understanding and professionalism.

My offer was accepted in June 2024 with no chain on either side and it completed on 19th December. As a share of freehold a lease document was being created for the first time and as I had chosen my solicitor first and the seller second and we ended up with the same one it turned out that we were unable to negotiate changes to the lease through lawyers and Louise stepped into the breach providing a vital go between to agree changes in principle with selling and buying parties directly. She really did play a crucial role and I was genuinely impressed and how proactive and professional she was. Without her involvement this sale either wouldn’t have gone through or would have likely taken months longer.
