Both Allison at the Gloucester branch and Alicia at the Stroud branch effectively enabled our purchase of our Stroud home at end of October. They were excellent communicators and responsive to my doubts and searching questions to the buyer! They successfully managed some tense moments in the negotiations and conveyed a positive supportive approach that inspired my confidence. They were loyal to their sellers but also supportive to me and this I imagine could be a difficult balancing act. I admire the job they do. The manager Jamie was also steadying and warm in his manner and all the team warm and welcoming.

As a buyer through this agent I was warmed by their friendly welcoming communications and efforts on my behalf to relay communications from me to the seller and also to convey the seller’s answers. I think that the seller may not have been easy to get hold of at times and not always clear in their answers.
The two Property Centre employees Allison and Alicia had a lovely manner with me and inspired my confidence in them.
