Our agent was very helpful when we had an urgent maintenance issue. The washing machine in the flat stopped working with clothes and water stuck inside while leaking. This happened right before Christmas and when the tenancy was up for renewal. Our agent managed to get it working before the Christmas holiday and then negotiated the renewal. I appreciated her quick response and persistence in solving the maintenance problems in time for Christmas.
