Holden's did an excellent job of marketing our property and took time to get the best photos and made the effort to thoroughly describe each room and the gardens. Our sale was secured but unfortunately the chain below fell through 3 times. This was an extremely stressful time and the team did everything they could to resecure the chain and keep us updated throughout. As moving day approached they went above and beyond ensuring that we had access to the keys as soon as possible.

He was very supportive to my mum and aware that my step-dad had Alzheimer's and was kind enough to ensure that the right information was shared at the right time to reduce stress to the minimum. When the chain fell through he went above and beyond to discuss with all parties in the chain - even those that were using other estate agents. When the new sale (at the bottom of the chain) was secured he encouraged the buyers to use the same solicitors which helped to expedite the legal process.
