As an elderly person I found all the staff helpful in guiding me through the process of selling a property. They advised on a price range that I might expect to obtain. As I did not wish to go to the open market but use the open house method. they arranged the date and time that suited me.
It sold within 2 days of the open day and I received an offer that I was pleased with and then was helped and guided with all the forms that is required to sell the property.
They kept me informed of the progress with the buyer's sale and with her and my solicitors. When my e/mails stopped working they kindly contacted and received e/mails regarding the sale for a week.
