From start to finish the level of honesty and communication was really professional, which was really important to me as I’m currently not in the UK.
The process took longer than expected as my first buyer was slow and finally dropped out of the process. However after Phil reassured me and even though it was December a time of the year you wouldn’t expect to sell your home, a new buyer was found and 10 weeks later the sale was completed.
Darryl managed the process and was really good at keeping myself updated of how the sale was progressing, all the way to completion.
In all I’m really pleased with whole process from start to finish, thank you.
